We will hold our July board meeting at Rebel Marina starting at 1800.  All TPYC members are welcome.  We always like to hear from our membership as ways to improve our organization.

Come join us for our first time going to the new Bennett’s Creek Marina and restaurant.  We still need to do some research on the Bennet’s creek location to determine if there is enough draft for the sailing boats to get in. They have done a great deal of work at that marina and it should be a great location to visit.

We will hold out General Meeting at the Bangkok Gardens on 21st street in Norfolk.  The business meeting will start at 1800 but come early to enjoy some snacks and a chance to catch up with your fellow club members.

Hampton Yacht and BBSA are also looking at a family raft up this week end. We are looking at making it a big, fun and family friendly event. Hampton Yacht might send over some of their small boats and several people are talking about bring a couple of Sunfish boats out so there could be some small boat “racing around the raft up” type of events during that time.
