TPYC had planned a trip to Warwick for May 20th, but due to space limitations at Warwick they were unable to accommodate our group, so we changed plans and went back down the river to Waterside. Saturday was a bit windy in Norfolk with winds over 20knots. Two sail boats braved the winds and made the trek down. One power boat was added to make a group of three boats and 6 TPYC’ers. We all had a good time and got a close up look at the new Waterside venue. It is a bit loud for my taste but to each his own. The return trip was also a nice day out on the water. A little less windy but still blowing pretty good. everyone made it safely home so in the end a good trip was had.
